With the SMART KIT 1212 Infrared Detector kit we present you will have a small inexpensive and reliable infra-red control system with which you can check the proper functioning of any infrared transmitter such as remote controls. The detector works with a simple 9Volt battery and provides LED and audio visuals with a small "buzzer". Just ... mark the detector with the remote control you want to control and press any of its keys. If all goes well you will see the LED flashing in the pulse rate and at the same time you will hear a small intermittent sound from the "buzzer". The detector range is up to 10 meters. You can also check that the infrared port is working properly (mice, keyboards, mobiles, etc.)
