1. Delivery Coverage
We primarily deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability can depend on the item, stock location,
courier coverage, payment status, customer approval, product size/weight, special handling, service booking route,
or the delivery address you provide.
For remote areas, free zones, industrial zones, restricted-access buildings, events/exhibitions, hotels, ports,
airports, warehouses, campuses, construction sites, or locations outside normal courier coverage, extra time,
a pickup arrangement, alternate address, ID/security coordination, or additional fees may be required.
2. Order Processing
- We begin processing after your order is submitted and accepted, payment/advance is confirmed where required, or the quotation/PI/order quantity is approved.
- Orders, quotation items, PI items, imported/specially sourced parts, service parts, or backorder items may require stock confirmation before dispatch.
- Orders placed after business cut-off, on Fridays/holidays, during inventory counts, sale periods, courier disruption, or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
- If an item is unavailable, delayed, discontinued, damaged during packing, or different from expected, we may contact you to approve a replacement, partial dispatch, revised delivery date, revised quotation, or refund/cancellation.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Ready-stock UAE delivery: commonly 1-3 working days in major UAE city areas after confirmation.
- Remote-area UAE delivery: commonly 3-5 working days, depending on courier route and access.
- Quotation, PI, backorder, sourcing, or project items: delivery follows the lead time stated on the quotation, PI, order update, sales email, or customer-service message.
- Service bookings / repair items: collection, diagnosis, repair, parts arrival, payment, and return delivery follow the service ticket status and agreed service schedule.
All delivery dates are estimates unless we clearly confirm a fixed date in writing.
4. Shipping Charges, COD, and Extra Fees
- Delivery fees, if any, will be shown at checkout, on a quotation/PI, on an invoice, by payment link, or communicated by our team before confirmation.
- Free-delivery promotions, if offered, apply only to eligible orders and locations and may exclude bulky, heavy, special-handling, remote-area, service, wholesale, project, quoted, backorder, supplier-direct, or clearance items.
- Cash-on-delivery, re-delivery, address change, failed delivery, remote-area, courier return, waiting, storage, installation, insurance, packing/crating, export, customs, bank/payment, parking/loading, or special-trip charges may apply if announced, agreed, or caused by incorrect/unavailable customer information.
- No additional delivery or digital payment fee should be charged to you unless it is announced, shown, or agreed as part of the order/quotation/PI/payment flow.
5. Customer Address and Delivery Responsibilities
- Provide a complete delivery address, emirate/city/area, building/villa/office, landmark if needed, reachable UAE phone number, recipient name, and email address.
- For quotation/PI orders, verify shipping address, shipping contact, shipping phone, company name, invoice number/PI details, and approved items before payment or dispatch.
- Ensure someone authorized is available to receive the package, inspect the outer parcel, sign/confirm delivery if requested, and pay COD/remaining balance where applicable.
- If your address, phone number, access instructions, delivery date, or recipient changes, contact us immediately. Courier changes after dispatch may not be possible.
6. Tracking and Order Updates
When tracking is available, we may share courier name, tracking number, tracking URL, delivery status, shipping-company details,
or customer-service updates by email, phone, customer portal, order page, SMS/WhatsApp where used, or another agreed channel.
Some local deliveries, counter pickups, supplier-direct items, or service movements may be tracked manually by our team instead of a public courier URL.
7. Pickup / Collection Options
Store pickup, counter collection, courier pickup, service-device pickup, or customer-arranged courier may be available only when confirmed by our team.
Please bring or provide order number, invoice/PI/order reference, service ticket/receipt, payment proof if requested, and identification/authorization where needed.
8. Damaged, Tampered, Missing, or Incorrect Delivery
- If a parcel is visibly damaged, opened, wet, crushed, tampered with, or incomplete, note it with the courier if possible and contact us immediately.
- For missing, incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or not-as-described items, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of receipt with photos/video of the parcel, label, packaging, product, serial number, accessories, and invoice/order reference.
- Please keep packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, courier bag/box, invoice, delivery note, and damaged goods until the case is reviewed.
9. Delivery Delays and Partial Delivery
Delivery can be delayed by payment review, security checks, customer approval pending, unavailable stock, supplier delay, import delay, courier disruption,
weather, public holidays, traffic, customs/regulatory issue, address/phone error, repeated missed delivery, service diagnosis, parts delay, or force majeure events.
If an order has multiple items, we may offer partial dispatch or collection where practical.
10. International / Export Requests
Standard website checkout is intended for UAE delivery unless a different arrangement is expressly approved.
Export, freight forwarding, customer-nominated courier, customs paperwork, HS code, insurance, import permits, destination duty/tax,
customs clearance, and cross-border returns are not included unless stated on our quotation/PI/order confirmation.
