1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all seven Emirates in the UAE, including major cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and beyond. If your location is remote or outside normal courier zones, additional delivery time or charges may apply.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days within major cities.
• Remote Areas: 3–5 working days depending on courier availability.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Delivery: On orders over AED 200.
• Standard Delivery Fee: AED 20 for orders below AED 200.
• Delivery fees (if any) will be shown at checkout before confirming your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and courier link will be emailed or SMSed to you. You can monitor the delivery status online in real-time.

5. Delivery Conditions

• Deliveries will be made to the address provided during checkout.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the estimated delivery window.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated missed attempts, re-delivery fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or contact us immediately with photos. In case of missing items, notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order for resolution.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only serve customers within the UAE.
