Delivery, Pickup & Tracking

Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Popular Electronics handles delivery, pickup, courier tracking, delivery charges, quotation/PI deliveries, service-device logistics, and damaged or missing parcels.

Before confirming:
Check your delivery address, phone number, shipping contact, lead time, delivery fee, courier note, and approved quantity/order total.

1. Delivery Coverage

We primarily deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability can depend on the item, stock location, courier coverage, payment status, customer approval, product size/weight, special handling, service booking route, or the delivery address you provide.

For remote areas, free zones, industrial zones, restricted-access buildings, events/exhibitions, hotels, ports, airports, warehouses, campuses, construction sites, or locations outside normal courier coverage, extra time, a pickup arrangement, alternate address, ID/security coordination, or additional fees may be required.

When tracking is available, we may share courier name, tracking number, tracking URL, delivery status, shipping-company details, or customer-service updates by email, phone, customer portal, order page, SMS/WhatsApp where used, or another agreed channel. Some local deliveries, counter pickups, supplier-direct items, or service movements may be tracked manually by our team instead of a public courier URL.

7. Pickup / Collection Options

Store pickup, counter collection, courier pickup, service-device pickup, or customer-arranged courier may be available only when confirmed by our team. Please bring or provide order number, invoice/PI/order reference, service ticket/receipt, payment proof if requested, and identification/authorization where needed.

9. Delivery Delays and Partial Delivery

Delivery can be delayed by payment review, security checks, customer approval pending, unavailable stock, supplier delay, import delay, courier disruption, weather, public holidays, traffic, customs/regulatory issue, address/phone error, repeated missed delivery, service diagnosis, parts delay, or force majeure events. If an order has multiple items, we may offer partial dispatch or collection where practical.

10. International / Export Requests

Standard website checkout is intended for UAE delivery unless a different arrangement is expressly approved. Export, freight forwarding, customer-nominated courier, customs paperwork, HS code, insurance, import permits, destination duty/tax, customs clearance, and cross-border returns are not included unless stated on our quotation/PI/order confirmation.
